Pilot Manufacturing

This newly-commissioned batch manufacturing unit is supported by our experienced chemical and engineering staff. Features include:

  • 135 gallon batch capacity
  • 316L stainless steel with agitation
  • Temperature to 550°F
  • FV to 50 psig
  • Packed column reflux/distillation
  • Filtration

Full-Scale Production

Four independent reactor trains, equipped with state-of-the-art controls and automated raw material handling systems, are ready to go to work for you. These mobile manufacturing plants are fully accessible by rail, expanding your capabilities.

  • 50,000 to 75,000 lbs. batch capacity
  • 316L stainless steel with agitation
  • Temperature to 550°F
  • FV to 50 psig
