Compared to other engineering thermoplastics such as polyamides, Createc polyesters absorb significantly less moisture. Low moisture uptake results in excellent dimensional stability, making these materials highly suitable for precision molding applications with tight tolerances, particularly for the automotive and E&E industries.

Createc® PBT Solutions
Compared to other polyesters, Createc PBT compounds process with ease. Due to greater spacing between the aromatic rings, PBT crystallizes more efficiently than PET, leading to faster cycle times and improved processing efficiencies. Highly aesthetic molded parts can be achieved even with a low mold temperature.
