- Medical Benefits - A comprehensive PPO program is offered through Blue Cross & Blue Shield and includes prescription drug coverage.

- Vision Benefits - A program that covers exams, glasses and contacts can be elected, and is provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP).

- Life Insurance - We provide basic life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance to all eligible full-time employees. Employees also have the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves or their spouse or children.
- Disability - Our disability program provides for short-term partial income assistance when an illness or non-work related injury prevents you from working. Depending on work location, this coverage may be provided through the state or through the Company.

- Teknor Apex Savings Plus Plan - This is a 401(k) plan that employees can elect to contribute any whole percentage of pay, with an annual dollar limit based on IRS regulations and a discretionary company match.
- Teknor Apex Pension Plan - Our pension plan provides a fixed, reliable source of retirement income for you and your spouse. This is a non-contributory retirement pension plan provided to all eligible employees.
