Elexar® is a family of styrene block copolymer thermoplastic elastomers, often referred to as thermoplastic rubber (TPR). With over 25 years of proven reliability Elexar® compounds have been specified by the industry's top OEMs, cable manufacturers and design engineers for extruded and molded goods.

Characteristics
Elexar® compounds cover a broad technology capability from injection molding compounds that meet 90°C RTI ratings to extrusion grades for insulation and jacketed cable assemblies meeting the 105°C UL rating.
Elexar® TPEs are excellent alternatives to thermoset rubber, TPU's, and flexible PVC.
