Product Description
Uniprene® TPVs are composed of a fully cross-linked elastomeric phase finely dispersed in a thermoplastic matrix. The result is functional performance similar to the high elastic recovery of vulcanized rubber but with the processability of plastic.

Characteristics
Uniprene® TPVs are excellent alternatives to thermoset rubber, silicone rubber and TPUs.
- High elastic recovery
- Non-hygroscopic characteristics usually eliminating the need for predrying
- Light natural color. Excellent whitening index permitting easy coloring with the reduction of color loading level
- Wide service temperature range allowing for good flexibility at low temperatures
- Excellent low compression set at room and elevated temperatures (125°C)
- Recyclable
- Easily processable on standard thermoplastic equipment
- Excellent weatherability
